Install

• Go to downloads page: https://wingware.com/downloads

• Download the latest version: Linux (64-bit Intel) .tar.bz2 (installs anywhere)

• Move file to install location.

• Context Menu > Extract > Extract here.

• Rename extracted folder to wing.

• Navigate into new wing folder.

• Context Menu > Open Terminal Here.

• Type command “python wing-install.py”

• Where do you want to install the support files for Wing Pro? “.”

• Files exist in $PATH, overwrite? “y”

• Where do you want to install links to the Wing Pro startup scripts? “.”

• Remove “binary-package” and “wing-install” files.
